Account and technical support

Include the email address linked to your account, a brief description of the issue and, where useful, your device/app version. Do not send passwords, full payment-card details or identity documents by email.

Privacy

For privacy or data-rights requests, contact privacy@defineddating.com.

Safety reports

Use in-app reporting/blocking controls where available. For serious safety or child-safety concerns, email support@defineddating.com with enough information to identify the account or incident. Do not redistribute illegal material in a report.

Billing

For app-store purchases, the relevant store controls payment methods, cancellation and many refund processes. Defined Dating support can help investigate entitlement issues but does not receive your full payment-card details.

Emergencies

Defined Dating is not an emergency service. If someone is in immediate danger, contact the police or relevant emergency service.
