Child Safety Standards

Defined Dating is an adults-only dating service. One Pound Apps Ltd has a zero-tolerance approach to child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

Our standards

• Users must be 18 or over.
• We prohibit grooming, sexualisation of minors, sexual contact or solicitation involving minors, trafficking or exploitation of children, and any CSAM.
• We prohibit attempts to evade age controls or create/use an account on behalf of a minor.
• We may restrict photo/media features until required age checks are completed.

Reports

Users can report or block accounts in the app where those controls are available. Child-safety concerns can also be sent to support@defineddating.com with the subject “Child safety”. Do not email or forward illegal imagery; provide enough information for us to identify the account or incident without redistributing prohibited material.

How we respond

We investigate reports, may remove content or accounts, preserve relevant records where lawful, and may report suspected CSAE/CSAM to appropriate law-enforcement authorities or specialist reporting organisations where required or appropriate. We cooperate with lawful requests and applicable child-safety obligations.

Immediate danger

If a child is in immediate danger, contact the police or relevant emergency service directly. Defined Dating support is not an emergency service.
