Defined Dating is an adults-only dating service. These standards apply to profiles, photos, messages, media and conduct connected with the service.
Adults only
You must be 18 or over. Do not create an account for a minor, allow a minor to use your account, seek sexual or romantic contact with a minor, or attempt to bypass age-assurance controls.
Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation
Defined Dating prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), grooming, sexualisation of minors, trafficking or exploitation of children, and any child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including content that depicts, promotes, solicits or facilitates such abuse. We may preserve and report relevant information to appropriate authorities and specialist reporting bodies where required or appropriate by law.
No harassment, threats or stalking
Do not threaten, intimidate, repeatedly contact someone who has asked you to stop, stalk, doxx, blackmail, extort or encourage violence or self-harm.
No hate or dehumanising abuse
Do not attack or degrade people based on protected characteristics. Preferences may be expressed through the dating/search tools, but harassment or hateful content is not allowed.
No sexual exploitation or non-consensual content
Do not share intimate content without consent, threaten to share it, solicit sexual services, facilitate trafficking, or use the service to exploit another person. Explicit sexual or pornographic profile content is not permitted. Protected media features may be restricted until age requirements are satisfied.
No scams, fraud or impersonation
Do not impersonate another person, misrepresent material facts to deceive users, solicit money through romance scams, promote investment/crypto scams, request passwords or financial credentials, or use Defined Dating for fraudulent activity.
No spam or unauthorised commercial activity
Do not use Defined Dating primarily to advertise, recruit, mass-message, scrape users or drive traffic to unrelated commercial services.
Respect privacy and consent
Do not publish another person’s private information without permission. Respect blocks, boundaries and consent in both online and offline interactions.
Reporting and enforcement
Use in-app reporting/blocking tools where available or contact support@defineddating.com. We may remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, and refer serious matters to relevant authorities.
